A booking is only confirmed when:
Rafal Travel issues written confirmation
Full payment or required deposit is received
Traveler documents are submitted (if required)
Quotes shared prior to official confirmation are not guaranteed and may change based on availability, seasonal fluctuations, and supplier updates.
Rafal Travel has no obligation to hold services until payment is received.
Full payment or deposit must be made before services are delivered
All bank fees and currency charges must be covered by the client
Prices may vary based on market conditions and supplier changes
Non-payment by the due date may result in automatic cancellation without refund
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Standard cancellation terms (unless otherwise stated):
More than 21 days before arrival: refund minus administrative/processing fees and non-refundable services
14–21 days: up to 50% refund
7–14 days: up to 25% refund
Less than 7 days or no-show: no refund
Important:
✅ Visa fees, bank fees, tickets, confirmed hotels, transportation reservations, and service charges are non-refundable
✅ Early departures, unused services, or partially used bookings are not refundable
Rafal Travel reserves the right to charge additional cancellation fees based on supplier policies.
Any change requested after confirmation (dates, names, hotel category, itinerary, etc.) is subject to:
Availability
Updated pricing
Administrative fee
Supplier penalties if applicable
Rafal Travel may offer alternative services if original services become unavailable, without financial liability.
The traveler is responsible for holding valid travel documents
Rafal Travel provides visa assistance but cannot guarantee visa approval
Visa fees and services are non-refundable, regardless of decision
Rafal Travel is not responsible for:
Losses caused by airlines, hotels, transport companies, or third-party suppliers
Delays, loss of luggage, injury, illness, strike, weather, or force majeure events
Client negligence, failure to follow instructions, or violation of law
Rafal Travel acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers.
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid directly to Rafal Travel.
Rafal Travel reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a booking without refund if a traveler:
Behaves abusively, illegally, or disruptively
Damages property or endangers safety
Violates local laws or cultural norms
Travel insurance (medical, cancellation, lost luggage) is strongly recommended.
Rafal Travel does not bear responsibility for damages not covered by insurance.
Events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, political events, emergencies, transport disruption, government actions) release Rafal Travel from all obligations without liability or refund commitment.
All prices are subject to:
Market changes
Supplier policies
Exchange rate fluctuations
Final cost may differ from initially quoted price until full payment is received.
Personal data is used only for travel arrangements and legal requirements.
We do not sell your data.
Communication may occur via WhatsApp, email, or SMS for booking support.
All transactions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Any dispute will be handled in Azerbaijan jurisdiction.
